The Club will operate 3 training sessions per week, with the exception of the summer months where the session frequency will be reduced. Training sessions will be staffed in rotation by the coaching staff. Training sessions are held at Leisureworld in Bishopstown and at Gus Healy Pool in Douglas.

Coaching Plan 2015
The coaching plan for 2015 will be based on a prepared 12 month programme that will recognise the various ability levels of the members, and with the overall objective of improving each individual swimmers skills and performance levels. This programme will cover the following topics:
1. Stroke Technique on all 4 competitive strokes.
2. Competitive skill sets (pool, open water, triathlon)
3. Race preparations and planning
4. Cardiovascular fitness
5. Muscular endurance
6. Interval training techniques
